Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end operations for supporting rapidly growing patient and provider volumes
- Drive growth across specialties, geographies, and market segments
- Establish strategic partnerships with life sciences companies
- Develop and maintain operational and financial performance analyses to drive prioritization
- Build and scale new workflows; identify and implement AI-powered efficiency gains in collaboration with engineers
- Explore, evaluate, and execute on new opportunities including strategic partnerships and new products/services
- Work closely with the CEO and team on business decisions balancing growth speed and long-term profitability
Requirements
- 1-10 years of experience in analytical problem-solving, operational rigor, and outcome ownership (e.g., fast-growing startup, consulting, finance, 0→1 business line)
- Technical background and/or experience working with complex data; willingness to learn SQL and low-code tools
- Strong written and verbal communication for internal debates and external relationships
- Track record of moving quickly, finding shortcuts, and going to unreasonable lengths to deliver goals
- High NPS with former teammates
