Responsibilities

  • Recruit and build high-performing sales professionals and revenue-driving teams.
  • Coach, develop, motivate, and enable Majors Account Executives.
  • Build cross-functional relationships with internal and external support teams and technical partners.
  • Influence go-to-market strategy for top-tier financial services companies.
  • Develop team culture around Snowflake’s core values.
  • Coach representatives on creating urgency, maintaining deal control, and selling business value through a repeatable process.
  • Coach Account Executives through complex commercial and legal negotiations involving procurement, legal, and business teams.
  • Partner with sales engineering managers and customers to assess existing software environments, define migration plans, and build migration business cases.
  • Drive new-logo acquisition and consistently execute against forecasts and targets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 15+ years selling cloud solutions, infrastructure software, databases, analytic tools, or application software.
  • 10+ years managing sales teams.
  • 10+ years guiding Account Executives through complex legal and commercial negotiations.
  • Experience selling to the financial services industry.
  • Experience selling to CEOs, CTOs, Heads of Product, Engineering, or Data Science.
  • Proven experience outperforming targets in an outbound individual-contributor role.
  • Understanding of Snowflake’s product and ability to guide complex technical evaluations.
  • Ability to coach teams through complex sales cycles and pursue ideal customer profiles.
  • Customer-first mindset and strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work with sales engineering teams and customers on software inventories, migration plans, and business cases.

Compensation

  • Annual salary range: $190,000–$249,375.
