The Associate Program Manager, HR will lead cross-functional HR programs spanning benefits, AI initiatives, operating cadences, and M&A readiness. Responsibilities
- Lead and operationalize HR programs and projects from intake through execution, defining scope, owners, milestones, dependencies, risks, decisions, and success measures.
- Support benefits programs and operational improvements, including employee education, stakeholder coordination, communications, process documentation, issue resolution, and cross-functional execution.
- Partner with the VP of HR as a PMO lead across AI in HR, OKRs/QBRs, M&A readiness and integration, Rippling Rituals, product feedback, and other HR workstreams.
- Build and manage project plans, trackers, dashboards, executive updates, decision documents, and enablement materials.
- Improve HR processes through automation, better data, clearer ownership, and stronger operating discipline.
- Anticipate risks and dependencies, surface issues early, and drive resolution.
- Maintain documentation, project hygiene, and communication loops.
- Handle confidential HR, employee, business, and executive information with discretion.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in program management, project management, people operations, HR operations, consulting, business operations, or HR-related project delivery.
- Strong program and project management fundamentals, including scoping, planning, governance, milestone tracking, risk management, communications, stakeholder management, and execution.
- Experience supporting complex, cross-functional initiatives in fast-moving, high-growth environments.
- Familiarity with benefits, HR operations, and internal communications.
- Strong analytical and technical skills, including use of AI, data, dashboards, and issue trackers.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including facilitation, presentations, and synthesis of complex information.
- Strong stakeholder management, judgment, discretion, attention to detail, follow-through, and ownership.
- Comfort with ambiguity, shifting priorities, and hands-on execution.
