Responsibilities
- Serve as the strategic FP&A architect for the EMEA Sales leadership team.
- Own global forecasting, budgeting, and month-end accruals for global sales commissions.
- Design advanced models to optimize sales productivity and go-to-market efficiency benchmarks.
- Drive resource allocation through data-backed insights and proactive decision support.
- Partner cross-functionally to identify margin drivers and scale cost efficiency.
- Execute scenario planning and ad hoc analyses for senior leadership.
- Synthesize complex financial metrics into clear, executive-level narratives.
Requirements
- 8+ years of FP&A experience in a progressive financial role.
- Strong financial modeling skills, including forecasting, budgeting, and reporting.
- Strong business acumen and ability to influence stakeholders with data-driven insights.
- Comfortable working with ambiguity and solving problems across multiple teams.
- Ability to work independently and think strategically.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High proficiency with Google Sheets or Excel.
Nice-to-haves
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience with Anaplan, Tableau, Looker, and Oracle.
