Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, customer-focused features for a large enterprise MDM platform.
- Partner with product managers to build product roadmaps with clear goals and KPIs.
- Lead the design and development of features, providing technical and execution leadership.
- Collaborate with QA, DevOps, documentation, architects, and global stakeholders to ensure thorough testing, robust deployment, and clear documentation.
- Champion engineering excellence through code coverage, coding guidelines, and review processes.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership on projects.
- Shape the architecture of the team’s work area and the broader product.
- Present designs for new initiatives to a global architecture forum.
Requirements
- Engineering degree in computer science or a related field.
- Strong foundation in algorithms, data structures, software design, and large-scale distributed systems.
- 8+ years of experience designing and developing products for enterprise customers.
- 4+ years of experience building large-scale distributed data systems with Java and cloud technologies.
- Experience taking functionality from conception through delivery and engaging customers and partners to drive adoption and satisfaction.
- Experience leading engineering projects and providing technical mentorship.
- Hands-on experience building services with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud and using managed cloud databases.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Cassandra and Amazon SQS.
- Knowledge of cloud security principles.
- Experience with Kubernetes.
- Experience with big data technologies.
- Experience driving customer focus for SaaS products.
