Responsibilities
- Create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces informed by market analysis, data insights, customer feedback, and technical constraints.
- Collaborate with user research, engineering, and product management teams to bring design concepts to life.
- Develop user flows, wireframes, design mockups, and prototypes for new product initiatives.
- Simplify complex processes into elegant, user-friendly interfaces.
- Establish and maintain user-interface patterns and design system specifications across products.
- Communicate complex design concepts effectively across audiences and organizational levels.
- Incorporate user and team feedback to improve product design and functionality.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design.
- Portfolio demonstrating intuitive, user-centered design.
- Proficiency with Figma, Sketch, or similar design tools.
- Strong understanding of current web technologies and best practices.
- Ability to use data to inform design decisions.
- Critical awareness of implications for user-centered design.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable collaborating on technical teams and across departments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.
