Product Designer
The Product Designer will own end-to-end UX for Coram AI’s enterprise video-security platform, including AI search, alerts, incident workflows, and design systems. The role requires 5+ years of experience designing complex B2B SaaS, data-dense, or AI products and strong Figma expertise.

Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end product design process, from customer discovery and wireframing through high-fidelity visual design, interactive prototyping, and developer handoff.
- Design workflows for natural-language video search, custom AI alert setup, interactive camera walls, and incident investigations.
- Simplify enterprise workflows including multi-site security oversight, role-based access control, visitor management, and emergency response coordination.
- Build, expand, and maintain the UI component library and design system in Figma for desktop and mobile.
- Conduct research with security operators, IT directors, and facility leaders to understand workflows, gather feedback, and validate solutions.
- Collaborate with product managers and front-end and AI engineers in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer or UX Designer.
- Proven experience building complex B2B SaaS platforms, data-dense web applications, or AI tools.
- Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design execution, complex problem solving, high visual polish, and systemic UI thinking.
- Expertise in Figma, component architecture, auto layout, prototyping, and design-system governance.
- Strong product sense and technical curiosity, including the ability to understand live-video streams, real-time telemetry, and AI detection models.
- High ownership, proactive execution, self-direction, and comfort working independently in an early- to growth-stage environment.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with video management systems, IoT monitoring, cybersecurity, hardware/software hybrid platforms, or developer and AI tooling.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, React, Tailwind, or mobile application design.
- Experience designing high-urgency, critical-incident interfaces such as dispatch centers, emergency-response tools, or operational control rooms.
