Responsibilities
- Build and own Bolter’s design system from the ground up.
- Define interaction patterns for creating, understanding, and steering AI agents.
- Shape experiences across the workspace and agent-generated applications.
- Balance speed, clarity, and craft through pragmatic design trade-offs.
- Move quickly from ideas to working designs and refine what proves useful.
- Help shape the early design and product team as the company grows.
Requirements
- Experience designing and shipping AI products.
- Understanding of interaction challenges associated with AI products.
- Systems and interaction-pattern thinking rather than screen-level design alone.
- Strong product and design judgment.
- Ability to work pragmatically in an early-stage, zero-to-one environment.
- Comfort forming clear opinions and adapting them based on evidence.
