Responsibilities
- Manage routine HR transactions in Rippling, including worker changes, promotions, and data updates.
- Provide Tier 1 People Team support through the HR ticketing system, answering employee questions about benefits, payroll, and company policies.
- Monitor and report on background-check and drug and alcohol testing operations.
- Coordinate one-time payment processes, including relocation payments and spot bonuses, with Employee Success, Payroll, and Compensation teams.
- Create and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and employee enablement resources.
- Execute onboarding and offboarding operations, including system access management, document collection, and exit coordination.
- Identify employee-experience friction points and recommend system or workflow improvements.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in an HR role, ideally in a fast-paced or high-growth environment.
- Experience with Rippling, Workday, and Jira.
- Ability to translate complex processes into clear written documentation and SOPs.
- Strong interpersonal and employee-support skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Strong organization and attention to detail while managing high volumes of tickets and transactions.

- Experience scaling HR operations in a rapidly growing technology company.
- Experience creating or improving HR workflows, SOPs, or employee enablement materials.
Compensation
- Compensation range of $75,000–$90,000 plus bonus.
- Restricted Stock Units included in all offers.
