About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own channel strategy: identify, evaluate, and prioritize highest-impact partnership channels (brokers, accounting firms, ERPs, strategic CPG partners)
  • Build partnerships from scratch: manage full lifecycle from prospecting, outreach, negotiation, and deal closure; collaborate with sales and business operations
  • Become CPG ecosystem expert: develop deep knowledge of brands, brokers, distributors, retailers, service providers; position Confido as essential infrastructure
  • Drive revenue through partners: source high-quality opportunities, maintain relationships for consistent pipeline growth

Requirements

  • 3+ years in B2B partnerships, business development, investment banking, consulting, or investing with track record of building relationships and driving commercial outcomes
  • Strategic thinking: evaluate opportunities, size markets, build compelling business cases
  • Comfort with ambiguity: self-starter mentality, experience in fast-moving startup environments
