Responsibilities
- Lead executive-level conversations with top enterprise clients and prospects.
- Manage complex enterprise sales pipelines through business owners, legal, IT, procurement, and executive approvals.
- Partner with Customer Success to drive net revenue retention and revenue growth.
- Develop and own the go-to-market plan for the market, including target accounts, agency and partner relationships, executive events, and programs.
- Hire, onboard, coach, and manage a team of Account Executives.
- Represent the company at industry events, executive dinners, and roundtables, building relationships with brands, agencies, studios, and creative leaders.
- Share market feedback with product and engineering teams.
Requirements
- 8+ years of enterprise sales experience.
- Sales leadership experience.
- Strong executive presence.
- Strong ownership and initiative.
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving, ambiguous startup environment and traveling as needed.
- Native or fully professional English, written and verbal.
Nice-to-haves
- Strong network with brands, advertising agencies, studios, or senior leaders across advertising, media, and entertainment.
- Experience selling creative, content, marketing, or media production tools.
- Experience in advertising, media, entertainment, film, AI, creative technology, or related industries.
Compensation
- Base salary: $100,000–$200,000.
- On-target earnings: $300,000–$400,000.
- Equity offered.
