AI Deployment Manager
Owns post-sale success for enterprise customers, driving AI tool adoption, retention, and expansion. Partners with engineering leaders to lead rollouts, demonstrate ROI, and influence product roadmap using customer insights and data.

What you’ll do
- Manage a book of business with our top enterprise customers, owning the long-term success of each account.
- Engage CTO / VP / SVP Engineering stakeholders to demonstrate ROI and guide AI-driven organizational change.
- Lead enterprise rollouts end-to-end: onboarding, enablement, internal champions, and scaled adoption.
- Turn high-impact use cases into durable, repeatable workflows across teams.
- Monitor account health and usage data to drive renewals and expansion with AEs.
- Represent the customer internally, synthesizing feedback and influencing product priorities.
