About the role
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full recruiting lifecycle end-to-end for all technical openings (sourcing, screening, scheduling and everything in-between)
Partner with functional leaders and greater TA team to understand hiring needs and execute effective recruiting processes
Provide a stellar candidate experience that is transparent, considerate, and timely
Proactively attract and engage world-class talent through various strategies (active and passive sourcing campaigns, job boards, conferences, social media, employee networks, outside agencies, internal hires, etc)
Continuously strengthen the employer brand & hiring process; introduce new ideas, best practices, influence the business to set a gold standard for talent acquisition.
Requirements
4+ years of recruiting experience, with at least 1+ year of technical recruiting experience
Worked at an early-stage startup that has experienced fast growth
Enjoy every part of the hiring process, from sourcing to signing, with end-to-end ownership and a headhunter mindset
Deeply passionate about building exceptional teams and advocating for all parties in a hiring process
Scrappy, comfortable with ambiguity of early stage startups, and willing to hustle
Track record of hitting and exceeding headcount targets without sacrificing candidate quality
Data, systems & process oriented, with expertise in leading TA tools
Contract Sourcer responsible for strategic passive talent sourcing and screening to build pipelines for critical GTM, Sales, and other technical/non-technical roles across North America and Europe. Requires proven expertise in technical recruiting, creative sourcing, analytical research, and managing high-volume ambiguity.
