Responsibilities

  • Define talent needs by analyzing projected growth, team structure, and current talent trends.
  • Source and prescreen candidates.
  • Partner with hiring managers to ensure a smooth and fluid hiring process.
  • Identify closing strategies for offers.
  • Provide candidates with the right information to help them make informed decisions.
  • Build recruiting processes, implement programs, and achieve strong results through resourcefulness.
  • Represent Hightouch effectively to candidates in a competitive market.
  • Build strong, trustworthy partnerships with hiring managers.
  • Identify and engage qualified candidates through sourcing, referrals, and inbound channels.
  • Juggle multiple roles, use creative strategies to build a consistent pipeline.
  • Ruthlessly prioritize in a constantly changing environment.
  • Creatively problem-solve to ensure the job gets done.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of in-house recruiting experience (with emphasis on impact and results over years).
  • Experience partnering with GTM leaders and hiring for sales and technical sales functions in a high-growth environment.
  • Proven track record identifying and engaging qualified candidates through all channels (sourcing, referrals, inbound).
  • Ability to juggle various roles, use creative strategies for pipeline building.
  • Strong driver of hiring manager/recruiter relationships.
  • Thrive and prioritize in a constantly changing environment.
  • Creative and resourceful in problem-solving.

Compensation

  • Salary range: $140,000 - $180,000 USD per year (location-independent).
  • Meaningful equity compensation in the form of ISO options, with early exercise and a 10-year post-termination exercise window.
