About the role

Responsibilities

  • Support critical GTM and Sales roles for MongoDB across Europe and North America through strategic passive talent sourcing.
  • Quickly pivot to support new areas of MongoDB’s business as hiring needs arise, and show flexibility to take on non-technical positions if needed.
  • Work closely with recruiters to understand business needs and deliver qualified talent accordingly, becoming an expert in the external market and a consultative talent advisor.
  • Screen candidates for nuanced roles, ensuring strong alignment to role requirements and maintaining exceptional documentation and data integrity as candidates are progressed within the hiring process.
  • Partner with coordinators, hiring managers and interviewers to deliver an exceptional candidate experience, maintaining a high-touch and personalized process for all candidates.

Requirements

  • Proven track-record within technical recruiting, maintaining deep expertise in passive candidate sourcing specifically.
  • Creative and out-of-the-box sourcing techniques to tap into new pools of talent, while uncovering new tactics through research and knowledge-sharing with peers.
  • Analytical mindset, with the ability to conduct autonomous research and utilize data to inform strategy and influence stakeholders.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with previous experience in high-volume business environments.
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple competing priorities simultaneously while navigating ambiguity.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication.

  • Proficiency working in Greenhouse and Gem.
