What You'll Do
- Work with the CEO to shape an insanely compelling product vision
- Meet with 100+ prospective clients to deeply understand their problems and validate solutions
- Define product requirements, prioritize ruthlessly, and drive alignment across teams
- Build functional prototypes and front-ends yourself using AI coding tools—you should be able to vibe code your way to a working product
- Refine products with great attention to detail
- Work with marketing to communicate that vision and captivate customers
- Work tightly with engineering to ship high-quality products on time
- Use data and customer feedback to iterate and expand key workflows
- Define success metrics and hold yourself accountable to outcomes
Qualifications
- You've built something great, ideally from scratch
- 5+ years of product management / product design experience in software
- Ability to build your own front-ends (or get pretty far) using tools like Claude Code, Cursor, or Replit
- Extremely smart, high-agency, and relentlessly resourceful
- Great taste—you know what good looks and feels like
- You're fast and productive—you get thing done
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Deep care about improving outcomes for students and educators
