Product Manager

Owns strategy and execution for AI-driven enterprise products, translating customer workflows and model capabilities into scalable features. The role partners across engineering, data science, GTM, and customer teams and requires B2B product experience, enterprise-platform expertise, and strong analytical judgment.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct market and customer analysis to identify pain points and unmet needs.
  • Define product strategy, roadmap, and success metrics for assigned product areas.
  • Identify and prioritize high-value AI use cases based on ROI, feasibility, risk, and time-to-value.
  • Work with customers, sales, and solutions teams to understand real-world workflows and pain points.
  • Build prioritized product requirements and translate them into an actionable engineering backlog.
  • Partner with Engineering in an agile environment to deliver high-quality features quickly.
  • Provide feedback and clarification throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and GTM teams on product positioning, storytelling, and launches.
  • Support customer implementations and product adoption.
  • Articulate customer needs, tradeoffs, and priorities while driving execution.

Requirements

  • Experience building and scaling B2B products.
  • Strong background in ERP or enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, or ServiceNow.
  • Experience building or launching AI-driven products.
  • Ability to create high-fidelity requirements and conceptual prototypes using tools such as Cursor, Replit, or Lovable.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and a bias toward measurable outcomes and experimentation.
  • Strategic thinking, effective prioritization, and sound judgment.
  • Deep understanding of agile product development methodologies.
  • Strong collaboration skills across engineering, GTM, and customer-facing teams.
  • Engineering awareness, including comfort discussing platforms, architectures, and tradeoffs.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with workflow engines, data harmonization across enterprise platforms, industry-specific enterprise solutions, code remediation, or platform modernization.
  • Product storytelling and go-to-market experience.
  • UX sensibility and the ability to visualize AI-driven user experiences.
