Product Manager II, Workspace and Multi-User

Owns strategy and execution for enterprise identity, organization management, and multi-user experiences across Coinbase business products. The role requires at least five years of product management experience and expertise in identity protocols, security, and cross-functional platform launches.

Responsibilities

  • Own the product roadmap for enterprise identity and multi-user capabilities, including role-based access control, organization management, SSO/SAML, domain claiming, and provisioning (SCIM, JIT).
  • Drive strategy for authentication, authorization, and account-security experiences serving consumer and business customers at scale.
  • Lead cross-functional launches with engineering, design, security, legal, privacy, customer experience, and international stakeholders.
  • Partner with Security and Engineering to identify vulnerabilities, define mitigations, and establish operational guardrails for privileged-access workflows.
  • Shape the long-term platform vision for identity primitives supporting new business verticals and Coinbase's custodial product suite.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience, including at least 2 years focused on identity, authentication, enterprise SaaS, or platform products.
  • Experience shipping RBAC, SSO, MFA, or provisioning systems at scale in a B2B or multi-tenant environment.
  • Ability to translate complex security and technical requirements into clear product strategies and intuitive user experiences.
  • Experience leading launches involving security, privacy, legal, compliance, and customer-support stakeholders.
  • Fluency in identity protocols and concepts without requiring hands-on engineering ownership.
  • Responsible use of generative AI with human oversight.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Annual base salary range: $180,370–$212,200 USD.
  • Total compensation may include equity and bonus eligibility.
  • Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).
