Responsibilities

  • Own onboarding and growth for Ashby’s B2B SaaS product, focusing on helping users and organizations realize value sooner.
  • Research the end-to-end customer journey and design onboarding experiences for different roles, stakeholders, and stages.
  • Productize customer-success onboarding learnings through product and transactional email experiences.
  • Lead the product-led growth motion in partnership with Customer Success.
  • Define, track, and analyze adoption and growth metrics tied to customer value.
  • Define Product Qualified Leads (PQLs) and partner with Revenue Operations on routing product signals into go-to-market activity.
  • Improve product features and experiences to make onboarding easier and drive adoption.
  • Develop frameworks and advise other product teams on adoption.
  • Coach and motivate high-agency engineers, manage scope, prioritize ruthlessly, and drive delivery at high velocity.

Requirements

  • Experience owning onboarding, expansion, or growth for a B2B SaaS product.
  • Strong product judgment and taste, with a principled, research- and data-informed approach to growth.
  • Evidence of driving long-term growth results.
  • Deep curiosity about end users and their work.
  • Excellent written communication skills.
  • Experience developing product metrics connected to customer value.
  • Strong relationships with Customer Success teams.
  • Ability to coach and motivate engineers and create urgency.
