Responsibilities
- Provide end-to-end oversight for complex, large-scale engineering and business initiatives.
- Partner with Engineering, Product, Business, and Operations teams to define deliverables, timelines, ownership, and execution plans.
- Break projects into phases, milestones, dependencies, and workstreams.
- Prioritize program roadmaps around the highest-impact work.
- Balance delivery speed with business goals, technical quality, and operational readiness.
- Identify risks, blockers, and dependencies, and coordinate stakeholders to resolve them.
- Provide transparent updates on progress, risks, decisions, and outcomes.
- Produce analysis and recommendations to improve delivery processes, team efficiency, and project execution.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in project management, technical project management, change management, operational excellence, or a related discipline.
- Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives across Engineering, Product, Business, and Operations.
- Proven delivery of large-scale projects involving multiple workstreams, dependencies, stakeholders, and timelines.
- Ability to translate strategic business goals into structured execution plans, milestones, risks, and measurable outcomes.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including reporting to senior leadership.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to anticipate dependencies, identify blockers, and maintain focus on priorities.
- Ability to drive clarity and accountability in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Experience in financial services, capital markets, brokerage, clearing, custody, or prime brokerage.
- Knowledge of front-office, middle-office, back-office, and post-trade workflows.
