Head of EMEA Sales
The Head of EMEA Sales will build Mosaic’s regional enterprise sales operation, close strategic deals with private-market firms and investment banks, and establish repeatable go-to-market and expansion motions. The role requires 7–12+ years of complex B2B sales experience, strong senior-stakeholder presence, and expertise selling across EMEA.

Responsibilities
Own EMEA Revenue & Growth
- Own regional performance across new business and expansion, including pipeline, forecast, and bookings.
- Define and execute Mosaic’s EMEA go-to-market strategy across private equity, credit, and advisory segments.
- Build a predictable enterprise sales motion covering account planning, outbound strategy, inbound conversion, and territory coverage.
Close Strategic Enterprise Deals
- Run complex sales cycles from first meeting through close with senior decision-makers at the Partner and Managing Director level.
- Lead value-based sales conversations focused on speed, standardization, risk reduction, governance, and adoption.
- Navigate multi-stakeholder environments involving investment teams, operations leaders, procurement, and security.
Build a Repeatable EMEA Playbook
- Establish ideal customer profiles, segmentation, pricing feedback loops, and regional messaging.
- Develop consistent sales processes for qualification, deal strategy, proofs of concept, pilots, and close plans.
- Maintain forecasting discipline and CRM hygiene with clear pipeline and stage definitions.
Land and Expand Across Platforms
- Build relationships within each firm to drive multi-team adoption and expansion.
- Partner with Customer Enablement on onboarding, rollout success, renewals, and upsells.
- Identify new use cases and workflows where Mosaic can deepen its impact.
Be the Voice of the Market Internally
- Translate customer feedback into actionable insights for Product and Engineering.
- Bring competitive intelligence and regional buyer nuance into go-to-market strategy.
- Partner with Marketing on events, regional campaigns, and thought leadership in private markets.
Build and Lead the EMEA Team Over Time
- Help hire, develop, and coach additional sales talent as the region scales, including AEs, SDRs, and Solutions or Enablement roles.
- Build a high-performance culture rooted in accountability, learning, and customer obsession.
Requirements
- 7–12+ years of B2B enterprise sales experience, ideally with ownership of a region or category.
- Proven track record of closing complex deals and growing revenue across EMEA.
- Experience selling into private equity, private credit, investment banking, or closely adjacent enterprise customers, including CFO, COO, Partner, or Managing Director stakeholders.
- Strong command of enterprise sales fundamentals, including multi-threading, deal strategy, forecasting, procurement, and security reviews.
- Builder mindset with an interest in establishing new regions, shaping messaging, and creating repeatable systems.
- Exceptional communication and presence with senior investment professionals.
- Comfort selling a transformative workflow product where adoption and expansion matter as much as the initial close.
