Responsibilities
- Lead client communications throughout project delivery and align client stakeholders to ensure successful, on-time outcomes.
- Work with clients, sales teams, product teams, engineering teams, and other stakeholders to deliver projects successfully.
- Understand client products and business logic to recommend solutions that address technical and business requirements.
- Provide solution and consulting services.
- Manage client onboarding projects and keep delivery aligned with scope and schedule.
- Provide technical expertise during implementation and deployment, including integration with client systems.
- Coordinate engineering workstreams and contribute directly to technical implementation and problem-solving.
- Support integration of new features and technologies into existing systems.
- Monitor financial services industry trends and emerging technologies to improve solutions.
- Present and demonstrate proposed solutions to clients and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of software development, system architecture, and system integration concepts.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Client-focused, service-oriented mindset and interest in client-facing responsibilities.
- Ability to collaborate in a team environment and support multiple projects under guidance and supervision.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Nice-to-haves
- Master's degree in a business-related discipline such as MBA, MIS, Information Systems, Management, or Analytics.
- Experience with SaaS platform data integration.
- Familiarity with anti-fraud concepts in financial services or the internet industry.
- Exposure to real-time computing, big data technologies, or machine learning through coursework, internships, or projects.
