Lead Marketing Analyst

Lead Marketing Analyst serving as the primary analytics partner to Hover's Marketing organization. Build measurement and attribution frameworks, conduct deep analyses on channel performance and funnel conversion, and deliver data-driven recommendations to senior leaders to optimize growth and marketing investment.

You will contribute by

Serving as the strategic analytics partner to Hover's Marketing organization, supporting leaders across Growth Marketing, Product Marketing, Social, Events, and broader Go-To-Market efforts.

  • Build and maintain the reporting infrastructure that provides reliable visibility into campaign performance, funnel conversion, channel effectiveness, pipeline creation, and revenue impact.
  • Establish and evolve a trusted attribution framework that connects marketing investments to business outcomes.
  • Partner directly with senior marketing leaders to identify, prioritize, and scope high-impact analytical initiatives.
  • Conduct deep analyses that uncover opportunities to improve performance, optimize spend, and accelerate growth.
  • Translate complex findings into clear recommendations that drive alignment and action across teams.
  • Help stakeholders ask better questions, frame problems effectively, and use data to guide decisions.
  • Evaluate and improve marketing measurement processes, tooling, and reporting infrastructure.
  • Champion a culture of data-driven decision making throughout the organization.

No matter the project, you'll thrive at the whiteboard defining the problem, at the keyboard conducting sophisticated analyses, and in the room communicating insights that influence strategy.

Your background includes

  • 7+ years of experience in marketing analytics, marketing science, or related functions.
  • Expertise using SQL to perform complex analyses independently.
  • Experience with BI and visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, Sigma, Mode, or similar platforms.
  • Experience building reporting frameworks, dashboards, or measurement systems from the ground up.
  • Strong understanding of marketing attribution, funnel measurement, customer acquisition, and performance analytics.
  • Experience partnering directly with senior stakeholders and influencing business decisions through data.
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, including the ability to tailor insights to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to synthesize large amounts of information into clear, actionable recommendations.

Nice to Have

  • Experience supporting multiple marketing functions simultaneously, such as Growth Marketing and Product Marketing.
  • Experience within B2B SaaS, marketplace, or product-led growth environments.
