About the role
What you'll be doing
Build Basis's sales enablement function from the ground up
Design the onboarding and ramp program for new reps
Codify playbooks and messaging
Build content, training, and certification programs
Partner with sales leadership, marketing, product, and RevOps to keep reps current on product and buyer
Own enablement tooling and content library
Run training and coaching cadences
Sharpen discovery and demo motions
Equip team with competitive and objection-handling resources
Measure enablement effectiveness through ramp time, win rates, and rep productivity
What you'll bring
5+ years in sales enablement, sales training, or quota-carrying / sales-adjacent role at a B2B software company
Experience building or scaling an enablement function
Track record designing onboarding, ramp, and ongoing training programs that improved seller productivity
Strong instincts for sales messaging and playbook development
Ability to translate complex products into clear, sellable narratives
Ability to partner cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, and RevOps leadership
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
Ability to work in office in Manhattan 5 days per week
