Air Operations Associate
Coordinates end-to-end air freight shipments across airlines, agents, terminals, subcontractors, and internal teams. The role requires a bachelor’s degree, 1–2 years of logistics experience, Vietnamese fluency, English communication skills, and strong customer and documentation management abilities.

Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end air shipments, including receiving bookings and coordinating with shippers, consignees, and agents within established SOPs.
- Create shipment files and enter accurate data into systems.
- Complete MAWBs and HAWBs and ensure timely, accurate file handling.
- File AMS or submit EDI (FHL/FWB) as required.
- Invoice clients and agents promptly, and verify subcontractor invoices for accuracy and timeliness.
- Provide customer service by following up on customer advice, requests, and claims; communicate feedback and arrange shipments accordingly.
- Escalate irregularities and operational problems to senior staff or managers.
- Provide feedback on subcontractor standards and services.
- Ensure operational activities comply with international shipping regulations, company policies, and customer SOPs.
- Maintain customer statistics and reports and support system improvements.
- Keep company systems updated to meet KPIs and maintain high-quality data.
- Collaborate with account managers and customs teams to ensure smooth operations and a positive customer experience.
- Identify and suggest process improvements to increase efficiency and quality.
- Support teammates and take on additional tasks as needed.
- Be flexible and open to working on weekends.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, business, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in air operations or related freight forwarding/logistics roles.
- Fluency in Vietnamese.
- Good written and spoken English communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, structured, and eager to learn global supply chain operations.
- Customer-focused, responsive, and professional when handling calls and customer queries.
