Founding Engineer
Build and ship a customer-facing cloud security product as a founding member of a small engineering team. The role spans the stack and values software delivery experience, product focus, cloud experience, and pragmatic high-quality execution.

Responsibilities
- Work face to face with the founders, engineering team, customers, and prospects to build a product that solves real problems.
- Work across the stack, primarily in C# on .NET Core 10, with Terraform and HTMX for infrastructure and frontend development.
- Ship customer-facing work daily in a small, fast-moving team with minimal bureaucracy.
- Participate in continuous delivery, infrastructure as code, and designing simple, scalable, powerful architectures.
- Use AI-assisted development tools such as Claude and Codex.
Requirements
- At least a few years of experience shipping software at meaningful scale or criticality.
- Strong commitment to high-quality work and attention to detail, balanced with pragmatic tradeoffs between pace and quality.
- Ability to work effectively in an early-stage startup and move work into customers’ hands.
- Willingness to work onsite in the Central London office five days per week.
Nice to Have
- Experience at a product-focused company.
- Experience working with at least one public cloud, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary: £70,000–£130,000 annually.
- UK visa sponsorship support may be available, including Skilled Worker, Intra-Company Transfer, and Graduate Visa Transition routes.
- Flexible case-by-case arrangements for occasional remote work or schedule changes.
