Build and Scale a High-Performing Field Organization
- Hire, coach, and develop Provider Partnerships Regional Managers (PPRMs) through disciplined 1:1s, talent reviews, and operating rhythms.
- Set and uphold a clear bar for managerial excellence, accountability, and judgment.
- Ensure consistent regional execution by holding PPRMs to shared standards across performance management, territory strategy, coaching quality, and hiring/ramp.
- Drive adoption of core field systems including onboarding, playbooks, dashboards, and input metrics.
- Translate national strategy into clear, field-ready action plans with defined KPIs, timelines, and ownership at the PPRM level.
- Pressure-test performance through regular field time with PPRMs, observing coaching sessions, reinforcing expectations, and delivering targeted feedback.
- Support and lead enterprise health system partnerships by collaborating with PPRMs, PPMs, and internal partners to drive adoption, expansion, and long-term success.
- Engage directly with health system leadership to guide strategy and resolve challenges.
- Act as connective tissue between field and HQ, partnering with Enablement, Ops, Growth Strategy, Product, Clinical, and Marketing to surface patterns, remove blockers, and scale successes.
- Identify emerging leaders, own high-bar hiring and promotion decisions, and foster a patient-first culture.

Requirements

- Experience managing managers in a high-growth, field-based sales organization (healthcare strongly preferred).
- Exposure to large, complex health system or enterprise partnerships; comfortable in senior-level external conversations.
- Strong talent judgment including hiring, promoting, and performance-managing leaders with fairness and decisiveness.
- Clear communication and cross-functional partnership skills to turn strategy into simple, repeatable execution.
