Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end program management for high-visibility Enterprise Technology, AI, and Data initiatives, including scope, roadmaps, dependencies, resource planning, execution tracking, and change management.
- Lead enterprise applications and operational transformation programs that improve business processes, scalability, and internal-team efficiency.
- Partner with business and technical stakeholders to define goals, success metrics, trade-offs, and actionable plans.
- Establish operating rhythms, including status reporting, RAID management, milestone reviews, and executive communications.
- Identify risks, gaps, and blockers; recommend options and drive timely decisions.
- Strengthen governance, documentation, planning practices, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Support AI-enabled workflows and automation across enterprise systems and operations.
- Model clear communication and effective async collaboration in a remote environment.
Requirements
- 7+ years of program management experience delivering cross-functional Enterprise Technology, AI, and Data programs.
- Ability to simplify complex processes and structure ambiguous problems.
- Experience influencing without authority and aligning senior stakeholders across Finance, Legal, Sales, Product, and other functions.
- Ability to work strategically while managing hands-on program execution.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level status and risk reporting.
- Familiarity with enterprise technology domains such as business systems, data, AI, security, infrastructure, or enterprise architecture.
- Experience working in a remote, globally distributed environment with async collaboration and clear documentation.
Nice to Have
- Experience running or participating in an Architecture Review Board, technical governance forum, or similar design and decision-review process.
- Proficiency with Agile, Scrum, SAFe, or similar program and project management methodologies.
- PMP, CSM, or equivalent certification.
Compensation and Benefits
- United States base salary range: $126,400–$213,600 USD.
