Responsibilities
- Develop a long-term vision and plan for generating net-new-logo pipeline.
- Consistently deliver revenue targets and drive year-over-year territory growth.
- Develop and execute account strategies to generate pipeline, advance sales opportunities, and deliver predictable bookings.
- Identify and engage decision-makers in prospect accounts while building a network of customer stakeholders.
- Scope, negotiate, and close agreements to meet or exceed revenue quotas.
- Leverage Okta partners and the broader partner ecosystem to identify new opportunities.
- Build effective partnerships with internal teams, including xDRs, Partners, Presales, and Customer First.
- Use a value-based sales approach and present compelling points of view to customers.
- Travel as needed to build customer and prospect relationships.
Requirements
- 7+ years of success growing revenue for sophisticated, complex enterprise SaaS products.
- Ability to evangelize, educate, and create demand with C-level decision-makers.
- Experience navigating complex sales cycles involving multiple customer and internal stakeholders.
- Proven success selling to C-suite stakeholders and building cross-functional buy-in.
- Significant experience selling with global systems integrators and the wider partner ecosystem.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills across technical aptitudes and organizational levels.
- Self-driven, confident, collaborative, and humble.
- Expertise with a sales framework such as MEDDICC, Challenger, or Sandler; Okta uses MEDDPICC.
Compensation
- Annual on-target compensation of CAD 324,000–CAD 380,000 for the listed eligible locations.
- Equity, health, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), flexible spending account, and paid leave may be provided according to applicable plans and policies.
