Embeds with customers to deploy Raindrop, debug AI-agent and platform issues, and resolve customer bugs hands-on. The role requires strong software engineering, exceptional communication, customer-facing ownership, and interest in AI products.

Responsibilities
- Embed with customers to get them up and running on Raindrop.
- Own customer problems end-to-end, debugging across customer AI agents and the Raindrop platform.
- Read codebases, debug production systems, and fix customer bugs hands-on.
- Turn customer learnings into product feedback that shapes the roadmap.
- Contribute to product and strategy decisions as an early team member.
Requirements
- Strong software engineering ability, including reading codebases, debugging production systems, and fixing bugs.
- Exceptional communication skills and comfort working directly with customers.
- Interest in AI products and tools; experience building AI products or being an avid user is beneficial.
- Growth mindset and willingness to take ownership of high-impact problems.
- Willingness to work closely with leadership.
- Must work in person in San Francisco or be willing to relocate.
