Founders Associate
Generalist role reporting to founders, owning high-impact cross-functional projects across sales, CS, product, engineering, and hiring while handling admin and operations.
About the job
What You'll Do
- Partner with the founders as a force multiplier, freeing up their bandwidth wherever it matters most.
- Own high-impact, cross-functional initiatives from start to finish, always focused on the company's top priorities.
- Streamline and improve operations across many business functions: sales, customer success, product, engineering, hiring, and more.
- Take on the urgent, undefined problems that don't yet have an owner, and turn founder priorities into shipped outcomes.
- Take over admin and logistics, keeping the company's day-to-day running smoothly behind the scenes.
- Own coordination, communications, and follow-ups so nothing falls through the cracks, and anticipate what's needed before it's asked.
You Might Be a Good Fit If You Have
- 3+ years of experience in management consulting, venture capital, or a fast-growing startup, and are hungry for growth and learning.
- A track record of owning ambiguous projects independently and getting them done, juggling many priorities at once without dropping anything.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. You catch the things others miss and nothing slips.
- A scrappy, resourceful approach. You figure things out, move fast, and thrive in ambiguity.
- Excellent written and spoken English, and a clear, proactive communication style. You flag issues early and don't wait to be asked.
- Trustworthiness and discretion. You'll have access to sensitive information and operate close to the founders.
- No ego about the work it takes to win. No task is too small or too far beneath you, and none is too ambitious to take on.
