Senior Revenue Accountant
Own revenue accounting across monthly close, reconciliations, revenue recognition, audits, and process improvement. The role requires a bachelor’s degree, 3–5+ years of accounting experience, strong US GAAP knowledge, and interest in data analysis and automation.

Responsibilities
- Own assigned areas of the monthly, quarterly, and annual close, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Prepare journal entries and detailed revenue-related balance sheet reconciliations with clear supporting documentation.
- Analyze new and evolving revenue arrangements, research relevant guidance, and recommend accounting treatments.
- Maintain and improve audit-ready workpapers and supporting schedules.
- Use data analysis to investigate revenue variances, validate reconciliations, and identify discrepancies.
- Identify inefficiencies or gaps in revenue accounting and billing workflows and implement improvements.
- Evaluate AI and automation tools, run experiments, build workflows, and automate repeatable work while maintaining accuracy.
- Partner with Finance, Revenue Cycle Management, and Engineering teams to ensure accurate financial data.
- Support ERP implementation, new revenue streams, GAAP conversion, entity consolidation, and automation initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 3–5+ years of progressive accounting experience.
- Previous public accounting experience.
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP, month-end close, and audit processes.
- Experience with revenue recognition and ASC 606 preferred.
- Data analysis experience for identifying anomalies and validating numbers.
- Understanding of system workflows and process gaps.
- Demonstrated ability to find and implement workflow improvements.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Nice-to-haves
- CPA certification.
- SQL experience.
- Experience with modern accounting systems such as Campfire, QuickBooks, or NetSuite.
- Healthcare, health-tech, or telehealth experience.
