What You'll Do
- Own the entire deal process: vet partners, negotiate terms, internal buy-in, compliance/regulatory approvals, GTM support post-launch.
- Navigate compliance and regulatory frameworks for new payment rails and markets with internal/external support.
- Define KPIs and growth targets with product team to measure partnership success.
- Collaborate with partners to develop new product offerings for industry leadership and business opportunities.
- Negotiate contract amendments and renewals as partnerships evolve.
What You Need
- Minimum 7+ years in Business Development, Partnerships, Consulting, Investing, Banking or Product Management.
- Experience in payments, treasury, or banking focused on international/cross-border payments.
- Clear communication, structured thinking, organization, good product sense.
- Drive to execute with speed.
- Strong collaborator building internal and partner relationships.
- Strong negotiation skills emphasizing partner value.
- Willing to travel internationally as needed.
