Responsibilities
Play a leading role in the design and execution of GTM objectives & strategies, including capacity planning, international expansion, sales segmentation and post-sale frameworks
Define and implement KPIs across business segments, delivering predictive insights and recommendations that move the needle
Design & lead new revenue growth programs on topics such as pipeline generation, territory management, incentive & compensation structures and internal operational processes
Deliver key business reporting for GTM leadership, executive management and Board of Directors
Work cross-functionally across GTM to ensure alignment on top priorities and drive internal process transformations
Requirements
4+ years of relevant experience in GTM/revenue operations and/or investment banking, management consulting or a related field. Experience in a high-growth SaaS company is highly desirable, but not required
Advanced analytical capability: strong Excel & modeling proficiency is a must; experience with Salesforce or GTM/BI tools is desirable
