About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop and continuously sharpen Nooks' core messaging and positioning grounded in customer conversations, competitive market, and product differentiation.
  • Build and validate messaging through direct customer calls with VP-level buyers; synthesize insights into frameworks for the team.
  • Ensure consistency across customer-facing touchpoints: website, sales deck, outbound sequences, product announcements.
  • Own product launches end-to-end: define audience and GTM strategy, produce launch assets, enable the field.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering to understand builds and translate into compelling market narratives.
  • Develop launch assets including one-pagers, website landing pages, solution briefs, email campaigns, blog posts, and demo scripts.
  • Build and maintain sales enablement materials: pitch decks, objection handling guides, competitive battlecards, and talk tracks.
  • Run regular sessions with sales to align on messaging, gather feedback, and iterate.
  • Track competitors and translate moves into actionable guidance.
  • Conduct win/loss analysis and customer interviews to refine Nooks' story.
  • Create thought leadership content: blog posts, LinkedIn content, webinar narratives, customer stories.

Requirements

  • 4–8 years of product marketing experience at a B2B SaaS company, ideally with a technical product that ships features at a fast pace.
  • Owned launches from strategy and messaging to assets and enablement; can speak to outcomes.
  • Exceptional writing skills: produce clean, compelling copy across formats with minimal editing.
  • Technical curiosity: learn products by using them and explain complex capabilities simply.
  • Customer empathy: comfortable running calls with VP-level buyers and turning conversations into positioning insights.
  • Bias for action: operate well in ambiguity, create structure, and ship quickly.
  • Cross-functional instincts: align with product, sales, and engineering without slowing progress.
  • Experience at a fast-moving company that ships product frequently, iterates messaging quarterly, and treats PMM strategically.
  • Portfolio of content samples or launch case studies.

  • Experience at an AI-native or AI-first B2B company.
