Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end recruiting operations for a portfolio of technical requisitions, from intake through offer and onboarding.
- Drive scheduling and coordination for screens, take-homes, onsites, debriefs, and offers.
- Ensure interview loops are structured, calibrated, and frictionless for candidates and interviewers.
- Maintain accurate ATS hygiene and candidate tracking across every stage.
- Identify bottlenecks and proactively unblock recruiting processes.
- Partner with technical recruiters on intake discussions, funnel diagnostics, prioritization, and requisition ownership.
- Align sourcing volume, interview capacity, and hiring goals.
- Design and implement improvements to screening, onsite structure, feedback loops, offer workflows, tooling, automation, and candidate experience.
- Standardize documentation, templates, rubrics, and workflows.
- Monitor stage conversion rates, scheduling velocity, interviewer bandwidth, and pipeline health.
- Maintain dashboards and structured reporting for hiring syncs.
- Provide thoughtful, high-touch candidate communication and resolve logistical friction.
- Support post-offer touchpoints and onboarding logistics.
- Collaborate with engineering, interviewers, leadership, and recruiting teams on hiring goals, retrospectives, audits, and process consistency.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in recruiting coordination, recruiting operations, talent operations, or high-volume scheduling.
- Experience with Ashby.
- Exceptional organizational rigor and attention to detail.
- Strong systems-thinking and process improvement ability.
- Ability to manage multiple fast-moving requisitions simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret funnel data and identify improvement opportunities.
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication.
- Experience working closely with recruiters or hiring managers in a high-growth environment.
- High ownership mentality.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience supporting engineering or technical hiring.

Compensation and Benefits
- Annual salary: $110,000–$148,000.
- Bi-annual performance bonus structure.
