Customer Acceleration Product Manager
Owns the roadmap and adoption strategy for Okta’s customer education subscription and public learning catalog. The role uses customer research, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration to improve learning experiences and connect engagement to adoption, retention, and expansion.

Responsibilities
- Own the education subscription product roadmap, including backlog management, requirements definition, and prioritization based on customer needs, business goals, and data insights.
- Develop working knowledge of the public learning catalog and its intersection with the subscription experience to inform roadmap decisions and ensure a seamless customer journey.
- Partner with Product and Product Marketing to translate product and go-to-market strategies into requirements and priorities for training, knowledge, badges, certifications, and online and community experiences.
- Design and execute targeted adoption programs with Digital Growth, Marketing, and Customer First teams.
- Establish success metrics and reporting that connect learner engagement and skill building to customer health metrics, including product adoption, retention, and expansion.
- Identify friction points in the customer learning journey and advocate for improvements that make education resources easier to find, access, and use.
- Contribute to the evolution of how education, success packages, and related offerings work together to deliver a cohesive customer experience.
Requirements
- Experience in product management or product ownership, including backlog management, writing requirements or user stories, and contributing to a product roadmap.
- Ability to define success metrics, use data to measure product or program effectiveness, connect user engagement to business outcomes, and communicate results clearly.
- Experience conducting customer or user research and applying insights, including personas and journey mapping, to product decisions and program design.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, value-based language for diverse audiences.
- Experience working cross-functionally across product, marketing, and customer success teams.
- Working knowledge of training, credentialing, certification, or enablement functions and their relationship to customer success and go-to-market motions.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with an LMS, community platform, or digital customer success program.
- Experience using product analytics or business intelligence tools to track user behavior, engagement, and business outcomes.
- Experience in a post-sales, customer success, or customer education environment.
- Experience with subscription-based products or services and B2B packaging and delivery.
- Familiarity with identity, security, or developer-focused products and their technical audiences.
Compensation and Benefits
- Annual base salary: $99,000–$149,000 USD.
- Equity, bonus, health, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), flexible spending account, and paid leave, including PTO and parental leave, are offered in accordance with applicable plans and policies.
