Strategize
Become an expert on the PrizePicks product and deeply understand members.
Identify opportunities to innovate around fan experiences by synthesizing customer pain points, user research, analysis, and stakeholder feedback.
Execute
Support and drive the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation through launch and ongoing optimization.
Build a member-centric, data-informed roadmap for the assigned product area.
Ensure experiences are flexible, scalable, and intuitive across web and mobile apps.
Collaborate
Collaborate with product managers, engineers, designers, and data scientists to define, build, and iterate on products and user-facing features.
Work with UX, Creative, and Marketing stakeholders.
Learn and Grow
Develop deep knowledge of the daily fantasy sports and prediction-market landscape.
Champion data-driven product decision-making.
Understand how competitors engage users through free-to-play gaming.
Grow with the rapidly expanding team.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in product management or related disciplines.
Proven track record of building products customers love.
Experience taking products from MVP through future iterations.
Excellent documentation and communication skills, including clearly defining use cases.
Strong ability to synthesize cross-functional input from legal, customer experience, engineering, and design teams.
Experience building mobile apps for Apple and Android app stores.
Self-driven, urgent, adaptable, and comfortable tackling unexpected problems.
Constant desire to learn.

Compensation and Benefits
Typical salary range: $115,000–$145,000.
