About the role

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Product Definition - 40%

  • Define and own the roadmap for client-driven product capabilities, balancing committed client outcomes, product priorities, and reusable growth.
  • Decide what to build and what to defer: run continuous discovery with clients and cross-functional partners to validate the problem, demand, and value.
  • Use data, market research, and client signals to prioritize across competing ideas, weighing effort against business and user impact, surfacing opportunities and risks, and backing recommendations with clear success metrics.
  • Translate priorities into a clear, actionable backlog with well-defined requirements, ensuring teams understand what to build, why it matters, and how success will be measured.
  • Grow self-service by turning repeatable operational needs into configurable product features, reducing reliance on manual delivery over time.

Delivery & Execution - 30%

  • Lead the full product delivery cycle across teams, from concept through build, launch, and continuous improvement.
  • Create and maintain the artifacts that drive work, from business intent and use cases through wireframes, prototypes, workflows, epics, and user stories.
  • Steer work through Lirio's AI Development Lifecycle, driving the product review at each gate to keep solutions on scope, on track, and tied to customer value.

Client & Stakeholder Relationship Management - 15%

  • Serve as the product point of contact for client delivery counterparts, driving alignment on plans, timelines, and expectations.
  • Support enterprise growth by partnering with the commercial team to identify client problems Lirio's product can solve and surface expansion opportunities.
  • Communicate roadmap, trade-offs, dependencies, and risks transparently to internal and external stakeholders.

Cross-Functional Collaboration - 15%

  • Partner with product, behavioral science, AI/ML, engineering, and operations to assess product fit and feasibility for client solutions.
  • Collaborate across the Lirio Factory to align resources, resolve dependencies, and deliver high-quality outcomes on committed timelines.
  • Surface recurring needs across clients and share insights with other product managers to inform broader roadmap priorities.
