Part-time Data Contractor
Part-time contractor responsible for ingesting and quality-checking retailer data, communicating issues, and providing limited ticket triage and customer support. Requires reliable weekend and early-morning availability, attention to detail, and comfort with spreadsheets.

Responsibilities
- Work 10 hours per week across five days, including weekends and statutory holidays, during specified Pacific Time shifts.
- Follow established procedures to log into retailer portals, download data, and upload it to the Alloy platform by the required deadline.
- Proactively communicate issues or delays to the internal team through Slack.
- Perform quality checks to verify data accuracy.
- When time permits, triage inbound tickets and assign them to the appropriate resolution groups.
- When time permits, respond accurately and promptly to customer inquiries through Zendesk.
Requirements
- Consistent availability for Saturday shifts from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Pacific Time, Sunday shifts from 6:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. Pacific Time, and three additional Monday–Friday shifts from 6:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. Pacific Time.
- Detail-oriented and comfortable using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Comfortable working with data and checking its accuracy.
- Able to work independently with effective time management and minimal supervision.
- Clear, concise communication with remote team members.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Zendesk or other help desk software.
Compensation
- CAD 13,000 annually.
