Responsibilities
- Lead the design, implementation, and analysis of market research studies using qualitative and quantitative methods, including surveys, interviews, and focus groups.
- Promote the voice of the customer and strengthen primary research capabilities across the organization.
- Develop and refine research methodologies and best practices.
- Collect, organize, and analyze data from interviews, discussions, surveys, industry publications, and disparate data sources.
- Create reports, dashboards, presentations, and actionable recommendations for product, marketing, growth, and customer experience decisions.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Maintain data accuracy, integrity, confidentiality, and appropriate handling of regulated information.
- Support senior research and insights leaders with background research, survey instruments, discussion guides, and analysis.
- Manage project timelines, research documentation, scheduling, and organized research files.
- Coordinate with external research partners and cross-functional teams.
- Monitor emerging research technologies, methodologies, healthcare trends, and regulatory developments.
Requirements
- 5 years of hands-on market research experience collecting and analyzing data and presenting findings within the healthcare industry.
- Advanced analytical skills, including statistical modeling and integration of disparate data sources.
- Advanced storytelling and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts and methodologies clearly.
- Expertise with Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and AI solutions.
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in business, mathematics, or the sciences.
- Understanding of conjoint analysis, MaxDiff, price elasticity, concept testing, brand health, brand equity tracking, and related research methods.
- Experience managing complex market research studies.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

- Deep understanding of the healthcare sector, including LTPAC, acute care, and/or payer audiences.
- Experience in a SaaS organization.
- Experience with product, brand, advertising, and customer segmentation research methodologies.
Compensation
- CAD 86,000–96,000 annually.
