Responsibilities
- Leverage data and analytical frameworks to identify growth and efficiency opportunities, recommending solutions related to pricing and earnings.
- Establish metrics measuring product, business, rider, and driver experience health.
- Develop dashboards and analytical frameworks to monitor business and product performance.
- Build, manage, and automate models and reporting for regional and national teams, delivering insights on volume, efficiency, and rider and driver experiences.
- Understand airport business dynamics and how airport products differ from traditional rideshare marketplaces to propose product enhancements.
- Partner with product managers, engineers, marketers, designers, and operations to translate insights into decisions and action.
- Present findings, recommendations, and results to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
Requirements
- 4–7+ years of experience in strategic data science or analytics roles at a technology company, or an equivalent analytical role at a high-growth startup.
- End-to-end experience querying, aggregating, analyzing, and visualizing data to provide actionable insights and reusable frameworks.
- Proficiency in SQL and quantitative analysis, including analysis of large datasets and development of actionable conclusions.
- Current professional experience using SQL.
- Experience leading high-visibility projects and influencing cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to manage, influence, negotiate, and inspire others in a fast-moving environment.
- Strong business and product sense, strategic thinking, and ability to build decision-making frameworks for complex, unstructured problems.

Compensation
- Expected base pay range: CAD $102,000–$127,500 in the Toronto area, excluding potential equity, bonus, and benefits.
