Account Executive, Product Sales - Optimised Checkout

Drives revenue and customer acquisition for Stripe’s Optimized Checkout product, leading enterprise sales, executive relationships, complex negotiations, and cross-functional go-to-market efforts. Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue, increase attach rates, and acquire new clients across Enterprises and Platforms.
  • Create a strategic territory plan and lead outreach efforts to develop a robust, qualified pipeline.
  • Develop relationships with executive stakeholders and lead discussions with existing and prospective customers.
  • Build deep expertise in Stripe Payments, the Optimized Checkout Suite, and competitors, serving as an internal and customer-facing product and market expert.
  • Engage with Product and Engineering teams to synthesize customer feedback and inform the product roadmap.
  • Contribute to go-to-market playbooks with product, marketing, sales, and technical services stakeholders.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to shape products and solutions around customer needs.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of customer-facing experience at a leading technology or payments company, with a track record of top performance.
  • Experience building trusted-advisor relationships with senior business leaders.
  • Strong collaborative relationships with cross-functional business partners.
  • Ability to operate independently and drive meaningful business results.
  • Self-starter with an enthusiastic, hands-on mentality.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to understand complex technical requirements and craft solutions across multiple stakeholders.
  • Proven experience leading complex negotiations involving bespoke commercial agreements.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with changing requirements.
  • Strong team-oriented approach.
