Responsibilities
- Architect and execute technical integrations for new healthcare partners, adapting the platform to their workflows and legacy systems.
- Build secure connectivity and data pipelines to ingest clinical data and synchronize it with AI services.
- Configure and optimize voice and messaging channels for reliable patient engagement across telephony networks.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and clinical teams to translate partner needs into technical execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of engineering experience shipping production-grade software in modern cloud environments.
- Ability to work across the stack, including APIs, databases, and infrastructure.
- Experience handling sensitive data with a security-first mindset.
- Familiarity with industry-standard compliance requirements and data protocols.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to translate ambiguous partner needs into clear technical requirements.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience integrating disparate systems, including data ingestion, API interoperability, and third-party integrations.
- Practical experience or strong interest in large language models and operationalizing them in production.
Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary range: CAD$125,015–CAD$156,268.
