Implementation Manager
The Implementation Manager will lead customer implementations of Rippling’s global employee management platform, coordinating timelines, adoption, and stakeholder engagement. The role requires at least three years of relevant experience, strong project management skills, and fluency in English plus German or Dutch.

Responsibilities
- Serve as a subject-matter resource for customers and internal colleagues on Rippling’s global products.
- Partner one-on-one with clients and own successful launches of the global employee management platform.
- Drive customer timelines and adoption by understanding use cases and aligning customers with best practices.
- Provide domain expertise to customers and internal teams.
- Develop and document implementation processes and best practices.
- Collaborate with Customer Experience and R&D to improve processes and products.
- Work autonomously, prioritize effectively, and identify internal and external blockers.
- Proactively tackle challenges and deliver a strong customer experience.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in implementation, technical account management, customer success, or related roles within HR, payroll, or accounting.
- Proficiency in English and either German or Dutch, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven project management experience deploying multiple projects simultaneously and on time in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong customer-facing and stakeholder-management skills, including interaction with executives and staff across IT, operations, HR, and finance.
- Ability to find creative solutions and understand the reasons behind customer requests.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively.
Nice to Have
- Experience with HR, payroll, or accounting domains or software.
- Experience with Jira, Salesforce, Google Workspace, Outreach, and Mac computers.
Work Arrangement
- Hybrid office model: three days per week in the Dublin office.
