Requirements

  • 2+ years in technical sourcing at a reputable software company
  • Previous agency experience in sales, recruiting, sourcing or other related fields
  • Ability to build rapport with candidates and employees
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree
