About the role

What You’ll Do

  • Own full-cycle recruiting across Product Design, Design Engineering, and Brand Design
  • Partner with design leadership to define hiring needs, align on candidate profiles, and calibrate talent across a range of design disciplines
  • Identify and engage talent through X, portfolio sites, and other industry channels
  • Build relationships with designers through referrals, events, and ongoing engagement with the design community
  • Partner with our Design Program Manager and design team to strengthen Ramp's presence in the industry
  • Improve how we hire by refining processes, leveraging new tools, and raising the quality of design recruiting at Ramp

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of recruiting or sourcing experience, including experience hiring for Design roles
  • Strong understanding of what differentiates great design talent
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills and a track record of earning trust with candidates, hiring managers, and senior leaders
  • Strong judgment, attention to detail, and operational rigor
  • An experimental mindset and a willingness to try new approaches to find, engage, and hire great talent
  • Experience using AI throughout the recruiting workflow to improve sourcing, candidate engagement, and execution
