Business Recruiter
Own full-cycle recruiting for GTM functions (Sales, Marketing, CS, RevOps) at a high-growth blockchain infrastructure company. Partner with senior leaders to build pipelines and deliver exceptional candidate experiences.
What You’ll Do
- Own full-cycle recruiting for GTM and business functions, including Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, and Business Operations.
- Partner closely with hiring managers and executives to develop hiring strategies aligned to company goals.
- Build and manage strong candidate pipelines through sourcing, networking, referrals, and talent mapping.
- Drive candidate engagement and deliver an exceptional candidate experience from initial outreach through offer acceptance.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring teams on talent market trends, compensation benchmarks, interview design, and hiring best practices.
- Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract top performers from high-growth technology companies.
- Leverage recruiting data and funnel analytics to continuously improve hiring outcomes.
- Help build scalable recruiting processes, interviewer training programs, and talent assessment frameworks.
- Champion Alchemy's culture and values throughout every stage of the recruiting process.
- Partner cross-functionally with People Operations, Finance, and leadership teams to support organizational growth initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-growth technology company, executive search firm, or recruiting agency.
- Demonstrated success hiring GTM talent across multiple functions and seniority levels.
- Strong sourcing skills and a track record of engaging passive candidates in competitive markets.
- Experience partnering directly with senior leaders and influencing hiring decisions.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using recruiting metrics to drive decisions.
- High standards, strong ownership mentality, and relentless focus on outcomes.

- Experience recruiting for developer-focused, infrastructure, SaaS, AI, fintech, or crypto companies.
- Experience supporting rapid company scaling from growth-stage to late-stage startup environments.
- Familiarity with Ashby or modern recruiting technology stacks.
