Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles across Engineering, Product and Design, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and close.
- Build sourcing pipelines for competitive engineering roles, applying AI-assisted sourcing to identify passive technical talent based on skills, contributions, and project history.
- Leverage AI tools to build fluency in new technical domains and engage credibly with technical hiring managers and candidates.
- Partner with EPD hiring managers to define role requirements, refine talent profiles, build technical interview processes, and develop hiring rubrics and leveling criteria.
- Track and report on recruiting metrics including pipeline health, recruiting cycle patterns, and offer acceptance rate.

- Understand what makes a great engineer and hold your own in technical conversations.
- View candidate experience as a craft and deliver it exceptionally.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience recruiting in fintech, mortgage, or financial services.
- Familiarity with Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever or comparable ATS, with hands-on experience optimizing recruiting technology.
- Experience at a Series A–C startup.
Compensation
Cash compensation: $125,000–$170,000 (final offer based on experience and expertise).
