About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own and drive relationships with robotics and automotive prospects; act as trusted advisor communicating value of Scale offerings.
  • Manage top-of-funnel and mid-funnel activities: outbound prospecting, lead qualification, relationship management to generate qualified pipeline and revenue.
  • Coordinate networking events (hackathons, webinars, meetups, conferences) to build visibility in robotics and automotive community.
  • Write tailored, personalized cold outbound messaging to book meetings.
  • Execute ad-hoc strategic projects end-to-end: research, planning, execution, handoff.
  • Thrive in multi-tasking environment, adjust priorities quickly.
  • Share industry trends and solutions knowledge.
  • Collaborate with GTM, Operations, and Technical teams to update sales collateral.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 1-3 years of sales experience in fast-paced software or technical environment.
  • Ability to understand Scale’s product offerings and operations.
  • Communicate technical solutions to business and technical audiences.
  • Passion, creativity, excellent writing and communication skills.
  • Strong sales process and systems skills (Slack, Salesforce, Outreach, Clari).
  • Build consultative relationships with external partners and internal teams.
  • Experience developing executive-level materials.
  • Strong project management, detail orientation, organizational skills.
  • Technical background highly valued.

Compensation

  • Base salary: $80,000–$100,000 USD (San Francisco, New York, Seattle).
  • Eligible for sales commissions, equity, comprehensive health/dental/vision, retirement benefits, learning stipend, PTO, commuter stipend.
